This hand-held portable tool can be used in the laboratory, at the coating machine and in the field at customer locations. It uses the same precision wire as every INDUSTRY TECH production and laboratory rod, and produces the same coating thickness as longer rods.
This popular unit produces samples which are 5" wide, from .0025" to .009" thick, and up to .056" thick when two-wire and tri-wire rods are used. It is made entirely of stainless steel, to prevent rusting even under the most corrosive conditions.
The device is ideal for making test samples of inks, paints, adhesives and chemicals, quickly and easily. |
